We offer free delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Overseas purchases and shipping can be arranged by agreement with the shop owners. Please contact us directly for details.

Delivery:

We always dispatch within two working days.

We always message buyers to give up to date dispatch and estimated delivery times.

Customs and import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Fine and Dandy is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges: Returns:

We accept returns (please contact within 14 days of delivery).

Customised or personalised items may be returned by agreement only.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges (please contact within 30 days of delivery)

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
